The cost of our services includes, on the one hand, the fees, which remunerate our services, and on the other hand, the reimbursement of possible costs and disbursements (bailiffs, taxes and duties, travel, commercial register, land registration, etc.). .).

Depending on the case, the fee may be fixed, or based on time spent, or even proportional to an operation or result.

Pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971 relating to the profession of Lawyer: "Fees for consultation, assistance, advice, drafting of legal documents under private signature and pleadings are set in agreement with the client."
